L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (Tokyo)

Great value and relatively laid-back atmosphere for a Michelin 2-star restaurant.

 

We got a couple of orangettes with our coffee and loved them so much we wanted to buy more to take home. Unfortunately by that time the adjoining shop/bakery had closed, so we were out of luck. Until we were putting on our coats, at which time one of the waitresses handed us a small bag with two packets of orangettes! You don’t get service like that in Singapore.
